Who sells, how buying works and on what terms.

General

These terms set out the rights and obligations between you (the Buyer) and MB Kava Plius (company code 304240490, VAT code LT100018052115; the Seller) when you buy online courses on www.coloringcode.com.

By placing an order you confirm that you agree to these terms. You can buy if you are an adult with full legal capacity, a minor aged 14–18 with parental consent, or a legal entity acting through its representative.

The contract is concluded when you place an order and we send an order confirmation to the email address you gave.

Prices are final — no VAT is charged: the Seller applies the small business scheme in Lithuania. Prices are in euros.

Your rights and obligations

  1. You can buy courses on the website according to these terms.
  2. For digital content, the conditions in “Digital content” apply.
  3. You must pay for your order. Orders paid by bank transfer are cancelled if payment doesn't arrive within 48 hours.
  4. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give in the order form.
  5. Course materials are for your personal professional use. You may not copy, share, resell or publish them.

Our rights and obligations

  1. We give you access to the course you bought straight after payment and keep it available for the lifetime of the course.
  2. We may restrict access if someone tries to harm the website or shares course materials without permission.
  3. We are not responsible for losses caused by banks or payment providers, or by mistakes made when paying (e.g. a wrong reference).
  4. We may update these terms. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies.

Digital content (video courses, e-books)

Video courses, live stream recordings and e-books (PDF) are digital content, delivered right after payment.

When you place an order, you expressly agree that the content is delivered immediately and confirm that you understand you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started (Article 6.228¹⁰(1)(13) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania; Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

If the content doesn't work or doesn't match its description, you keep all your statutory rights — write to us and we'll fix the problem or refund you.

Salon visits in Estepona

Salon services in Estepona (Spain) are provided by Kamilė as a self-employed professional (autónoma). Payments for salon visits, including the booking deposit, go to her directly.

  1. Some services require a booking deposit when you book online. The amount is shown before you pay and is deducted from the final price of your visit.
  2. Prices are shown “from”: the final price depends on your hair (length, thickness, previous colour) and is agreed at the salon.
  3. You can cancel online using the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your visit. The deposit is refunded to your card if you cancel within the time shown when you booked; otherwise it is kept.
  4. If you don't come and don't let us know, the deposit is not refunded.
  5. If we have to cancel or move your visit, the deposit is always refunded in full.

All notices are sent to the email address you give when ordering or booking.

Final provisions

  1. Course purchases are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
  2. Disputes are settled by negotiation first. EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
  3. The parties are released from their obligations in case of force majeure.
