Coloring Code (www.coloringcode.com) is run by MB Kava Plius, company code 304240490, VAT code LT100018052115, Liepų g. 17, 41125 Biržai, Lithuania (“we”). This policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal data when you visit the website, buy courses or book a salon visit. For salon visits in Estepona, Kamilė (self-employed, Spain) is also a controller of the booking data she needs to provide the service.

Data we collect

  1. Contact details: name, email, phone number.
  2. Payment details: payment method, confirmation and transaction data. Card details are handled by the payment provider (Stripe) — we never receive or store them.
  3. Orders: courses bought, previous orders, refunds.
  4. Salon bookings: name, phone, email (if given), service, place, time and your note.
  5. What you send us when you write or call.
  6. Device and usage data: browser, device, IP address and how you use the website.

How we use it

  1. To process orders and payments and give you access to your courses.
  2. To book your salon visit, send a confirmation and a reminder (email and text), and tell you about changes.
  3. To answer your questions.
  4. For security and fraud prevention.
  5. To meet legal obligations (accounting, tax) and defend our rights.

Who we share it with

  1. Service providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Brevo (email and text messages), Bunny (video).
  2. Kamilė (self-employed, Spain) — for salon bookings in Estepona.
  3. Authorities, when required by law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable security measures. We keep data for as long as needed to give you access to your courses, provide the services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  1. access your data;
  2. ask us to correct or delete it;
  3. get a copy and have it transferred to another controller;
  4. object to or restrict processing;
  5. withdraw consent at any time.

You can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt), the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the authority in your own country.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
